12:12 Productions was born at the beginning of this century when Chuck Good was busy writing, recording, and promoting his band Simidistorted with Ben Riley. After finishing the first couple of demos there was a need for a name for the productions that had occurred with the band. While mixing late nights, Chuck had noticed that for a few nights in a row a glance at the clock yielded the same results. It was 12:12am that was a constant with the hands of time therefore the name was born.
