- Mikelle L. Drew, owner and head designer of 383 Design Studio, has been working in fashion since 1997. Much of her design work has focused on women’s activewear, working as an associate designer and senior designer for companies such as Jacques Moret and Danskin. During her years working full-time, she also began freelancing in the evenings and weekends. In early 2005, she began consulting full-time.
