The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2008 3 Rivers CFC raised $993,377.37 with 4,123 donors and Pennsylvania West CFC raised $130,541.
