4-D Solutions owner, Tony Carter, began his collegiate studies as a sculpture major at East Carolina University's School of Art in Greenville, N.C. After transferring from E.C.U. to North Carolina State's School of Design he got his first job in the pool industry - servicing and building vinyl liner pools -as a means of paying his way through school. He graduated from the landscape architecture department of N.C.S.U.'
