For years now, there have been tons of different products claiming to be the product to make all of your fat go away and make your keg into a six pack. I haven't really believed any of them for two reasons 1) it's kinda silly to think that one machine can give you a great beach body and 2) you don't lose fat from working your abs. So many people do crunches all the time with no results because they think they're burning fat from their stomach, but that's impossible.
