- A typical day at an ABK camp begins with morning stretches. After a brief informational meeting, everyone splits into groups with their leaders and it's off to class. Each morning session starts with a lecture, followed by on-land simulator work and/or on-water demonstrations, and then on-water drills and sailing with the instructors.
- At mid-day, campers break for a healthy lunch on the beach, where they relax or ask the instructors questions.
