Located in Cedar Park, Texas, Absolute Dermatology treats a wide range of skin care issues, offering complete skin exams, mole checks, and skin cancer screening, as well as therapy for acne, eczema, and psoriasis. At Absolute Dermatology, Dr. Honeycutt treats acne with topical therapy or adds antibiotics for combination treatment. Other adjunctive treatments such as photodynamic therapy, intralesional injections for cysts, and laser resurfacing to address acne scarring are also available. For psoriasis, Dr. Honeycutt employs topical and oral medications, biologic agents, and light therapy, all dictated by the severity of the patient’s current condition. Dr. Lori Honeycutt laid the foundation for her success at Absolute Dermatology with her education. She first attended Texas A & M University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology, before earning her medical degree at Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas. Dr. Honeycutt continued her studies at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completing the institution’s Fifth Pathway Program, and went on to perform an internship and residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in New York. She expanded her training with three additional years of dermatologic study before beginning to practice.
