Absolute Zero started in August 2006. It was originally just my personal blog, but it quickly became the home of the Tales of Phantasia text translation. Completed in April 2007, the text translation was an overly-ambitious project by a student of the Japanese language who wanted to expand his horizons. During the summer, I met Gemini on romhacking.net. Our first project was the unreleased English retranslation of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
