Acne NailDoes anyone know of a good hair, skin and nail vitamin I can take? Since I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins my skin has been crappy. Its fat, unequal, large pores and I get the occasional break. I bought the Neutrogena Microderm kit and I've only used so far for like 5 days and texture my skin is much smoother and my pores are smaller but I guess I will have some time to balance the skin. I have some points of hyperpigmentation.
