Prior to founding AEFP, we were among the leading mortgage bankers at the top mortgage lending institutions in the country. Since the housing market collapsed, we found ourselves spending more of our time helping clients navigate the loan workout process. We did not charge a service fee for this since it wasn’t part of our home refinancing or purchase business. We were so encouraged by the positive results – stopping the foreclosure process and getting our clients back on their feet financially – that we founded AEFP.
