AEP Colloids was established in 1966 as an import agent for food ingredients. The founder, Mr. A.E. Pellet, sold the company to the present management in 1984. AEP then acquired Floralac Company and Perny, Inc., both distributors of food ingredients. Over the years we have continued to strengthen our relationships with our overseas suppliers and at the same time expanded our product line and supplier base.
