Many of the shipping boxes have been recycled and may not look as pretty as our new boxes. But each product is checked by our German trained technicians and refurbished as may be required. Please understand that the watch winders also are being offered at a discount because they are not being offered with the same two-year warranty or 30-day home trial, and are not eligible for our for our VIP Lifetime Warranty. All of the Outlet Mall winders should perform mechanically as well as a new unit. If they fail mechanically within 90 days from invoice date, we will replace or repair at no charge. For some items, you can purchase a warranty extension at the time the refurbished winder is purchased from the JFA Outlet Mall, for a total warranty of one-year.
