Feed your eyes on our gourmet African food CATERING directed by each Connoisseur Chef whose place of origin is linked to the any one recipe on display. In African Miliki's Kitchen are On-Call Chefs from various African countries and the Diaspora (like Black America, Latin America and the Caribbean), led by a highly acclaimed Chief Chef, that caters the various events which take place in our rental halls and other locations including private homes. Offered are scrumptious rice dishes like Coconut-rice, Jollof-rice and Perfumed-rice accompanying delicately smoked, roasted or fried meat, fish and vegetable pans. There are casseroles like the Chicken-banana-peanut from Kenya, Gumbo from New Orleans, Edikaikon from Nigeria and the Brazilian Feijoada for total exotic eatery. Mm Yummy! African Miliki's exclusive Suya-pizza dish and delightful Fruit cake dessert are a must have.
Favorites are soups like Pepper-soup, hors d'oeuvres like Suya (gingered peanut coated meat barbeque), Akara (fried bean patty), Dodo (fried plantain), Chinchin (deep fried cookie) and Meat pie. A total hit in the African Miliki kitchen is Suya-pizza: a barbequed meat/fish/veggies — topped wheat crust, with a gingered peanut coat; the recipe of which African Miliki has exclusive right to from a famous cook.
