A & H Formes was established in 1972, by former Directors Mr Jack Addison and Mr Jack Holt, mainly to supply cutting formes and dies to the printing, packaging and allied trades of the north of England. Following their retirement in 1991 the company is now overseen by the current Directors Craig and Gary Addison, who between them have a combined experience of nearly 50 years in the trade.
