- ELCATI is a new company based in the heart of Orange County, California. The company is new, but it is run by an experienced and highly qualified instructor of ESL and EFL. I am Alexandra Walters and I have been teaching for the past 10 years, mostly in the field of ESL. I have taught and tutored all ages and levels from elementary school through university and adults and all of my classes have been very rewarding. I love nothing more than interacting with people from all over the world and learning the ways we're alike and the ways we are different. I have learned so much from my students.
