- Welcome to the AFM Local 132-314 website. Local 132-314 is a small sized Local serving a geographic area which includes but is not limited to the following counties in New York State: All of Cortland, Schuyler, Steuben, Chemung and Tompkins; adjoining portions of Tioga, Livingston, Alleghany, Chenango and Cayuga. Also, Tioga and Bradford counties in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our mission is to place the interests and well being of our members as the most important priority for our existence. We do that through organizing, collective bargaining and operating a job referral service as well as through legislative and political action.
