All State Homes was established by Choice in April 2005 to provide quality affordable housing in remote areas which are characterised by a shortage of tradespeople and high costs of building materials, but require the same housing needs as their city neighbours.
The requirements of consumers in these markets are similar to the requirements of City consumers in terms of design, cost effectiveness, quality, termite and cyclone proofing.
The houses constructed by All State Homes are unlimited in architectural and interior design and along with their patented construction systems, makes them world leaders in unique factory built homes.
All State has developed and patented a number of factory built housing systems. All State homes are manufactured in the company manufacturing facility and then transported to the site and craned into position. On site completion takes less than 7 days which allows occupation to occur less than ten days after transportation.
