Our suppliers are mainly local family businesses, which include John Sambrooks butchers, and Ian Watson’s fruit and vegetable merchant. The fresh fish is a speciality delivered directly from the seaports up to five times a week and when available we use our home reared Pork, Lamb and Aberdeen Angus Beef.
