Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc. was founded by John Alden Life Insurance in 1990 and began as a TPA specializing in the administration of self-funded healthcare plans. In 1995, Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc. was purchased by John E. Phipps, Jr. and James Y. Anderson. In February of 1999, John E. Phipps, Jr. purchased James Anderson's portion of Anchor Benefit Consulting, Inc. Our Maitland, Florida office provides the day to day claims and administration services.
