Avoid this yard! See:

for more information.
This yard is rapidly gaining a very poor reputation. There are now several upset customers. Two boats have had to be abandoned shortly after launching due to poor construction. One Tiki 38 needed US$10,000 remedial work on delivery due to incomplete epoxy encapsulation and use of unseasoned timber. One Tiki 38 abandoned due to buc-buc (wood-borer infestation). Three customers who complained suffered boat fires whilst moored of Alona Beach in Panglao. Best avoided.
I have also heard bad things about Andy Smith's yard with regard to a boat called Razzle-Dazzle. These people had a nightmare just like the one described above.
