Anita Guerra was born in Havana Cuba and received her artistic training in the United States, in Spain and in Italy. In 1984 she obtained her M.F.A. degree from Temple University, Philadelphia. She has been living and painting in Rome since 1977. Her works hang in collections at the National Museum of Sacred Art, Castello Piccolomini, Celano, Aquila; Centre d'Etudes Saint Louis de France, Rome; The Caproni Museum in Trento and in many private collections in Europe and in the United States.
