- Founded in 1971 with Robert Lee Morris, my original store, File and Hammer Silver, began as a tiny store in Bellows Falls Vermont show-casing only our designs. After Robert left in 1974 it became Anthony Toepfer Jewelry. Over the years the store began to include beautiful work from other jewelers as well. To accommodate this growth, I moved the store in 1988 to its current historic location on Central Square, Keene, New Hampshire. Today, wonderful designs, knowledgeable attentive sales associates, and loyal customers are the keys to our success.
