Aqua Adventure Training (AAT) was formed in 1998 by Martin Brock, and soon became SSI's (Scuba Schools International) Instructor Training Facility in London. Martin has been diving for 16 years, instructing for the past 12 years, and has over 3,700 dives behind him.

In addition to running Aqua Adventure Training Martin's highest Instructor qualification is Instructor Trainer. This is the highest teaching level an Instructor can obtain. This means he can teach courses from Try Scuba through to Instructor and Instructor at all levels. His diving experience ranges from diving in water temperatures ranging from 32 degrees Celsius to diving under the ice in temperatures of minus 2 degrees Celsius. He has also worked on numerous film sets as safety cover and dived commercially; cutting ropes off entangled propeller shafts from ferry boats in the river Thames.
