ARGUS Security is a joint-venture between the Russian company Argus Spectrum, giant of security in the local market, and a group of Italian entrepeneurs with long experience in the fire and security sector.ARGUS Spectrum was created in 1993 by a group of Researchers and Professors of the Academy of Sciences of the University of St.Petersburg, with experience in research and in the military industry of the ex Soviet Union.
