These masks are a combination of layers of paper, constructed while wet and mold cast paper mache. Each face is patiently sculpted in clay, then cast in plaster to create the one of a kind mold. The recycled pulp paper used is bleached, dyed, painted, cut, glued and formed by hand. They are embellished with handmade paper, metal, leather, glass, natural objects, fibers and stone.
