So we got a second-hand computer and an Internet account - who said technology isn’t affecting the way we live - our lives changed dramatically. That night, I didn’t get to bed until 3am. By then I’d surfed all round the world and ended up with my first website at Geocities. The next day, I went down to the local library and got out every book I could on web design. After a few months, I’d pretty much exhausted that resource, but I still couldn’t get a handle on HTML.
So now it’s aussiediary.com - but I still haven’t written the cookbook - I got caught up in the ‘World Wide Web of Blogging’.
