This is a Canadian company with no or limited access to most of the records that they claim to be able to provide. They are blatantly misleading with regard to their implied ability to access Government records. Expect to be disappointed if you subscribe.
This company is so lacking in fundamental Australian knowledge that they devote a section of their FAQ to reasons why it is difficult to obtain an Australian citizen's social security number. Australia does not HAVE a Social Security identification system.
Much of the information this company claims to be able to provide is restricted by Australian law. You cannot legally obtain census information, criminal history for anyone but yourself, reverse phone number data, birth death & Marriage data for living persons unrelated to you, or many of the other types of information listed. They appear to have little information other that data that can be easily acquired by conventional media database searches.
