Valuers, appraisers, assessors from Member-Countries of ASEAN realized that close cooperation among themselves would help promote the aspirations, objectives and principles of the ASEAN.

Members of the ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) desire to help maintain peace and promote prosperity in the ASEAN region through mutual cooperation and the advancement of the valuation profession.

AVA members are aware of the different valuation systems prevailing in the ASEAN region. In this regards, the ASEAN Valuation Standards has been produced following the guiding framework of the International Valuation Standards of the IVSC.
