It is only accessible by 4x4 truck, horse or on foot, meaning this area is virtually untouched and therefore full of bird- and wild life. You'll have an opportunity to spot Howler Monkeys, White-face Monkeys, Spider Monkeys, Wild Turkeys, Javelinas, Anteaters, Coati, and River Otters, plus a large variety of bird species, like the toucan and the trogon.
One of the main attractions are definitely the three spring fed waterfalls of 300' / 100 meters which can be reached by a well maintained trail, taking you along the river, up into the jungle and down the mountain.
