AVO was established since 1985 and was called "Avomarine". We started as connectivity component trader and fabricator at the famous Pasar Road (Pudu) area. Under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Andre Ho, the retail outlet had developed to provide comprehensive construction, reconstruction of IT, Telecommunication, Controls and Electrical Power infrastructure as well as support and stocking centre for our contracting services. In year 2000, Avomarine formed a new company "Avo Technology Sdn. Bhd." to undertake all project and technical implementation. To succeed and grow in the highly demanding marketplace, AVO took every challenge in order to meet the changing needs and demands from our clients with QUALITY and SERVICE always in mind.
AVO.COM.My has recently completed a few prominent project for : (1)High tech prduction facilities Malaysia at the small and quiet town of KULIM situated at the northern state of Kedah. The site is located in a not so new Industrial Park called Kulim High Tech Park, the home to INTEL's KM3, KM4, KM5 production facilities, Wafer Producer Infineon's Power Fab Plant out of Germany and First Solar's Solar Panel Prodution plant. This is the Malaysia goverment's pet high tech city under Dr. Mahathir's vision 2020 development.The INTEL KM5/KM6 project was one of the largest so far for INTEL in the Asia region. The Infineon development was named as the largest Wafer Plant Project has ever taken in Malaysia at the time of construction. These job was said to be done in a very tight schedule and high safety standard under the close management of EPMC company M+W Zender of Germany. Projects like Infineon's Power Fab plants employed Category 7 Tera Connector and Cabling system from Corning, the highest form of Structured Cabling System available in the market. In Kuala Lumpur, the Capital City of Malaysia and the main commercial hub, AVO has been installing M&E Services together with Structure Cabling for large MNC like Microsoft Malaysia, Prudential Insurance, PriceWaterhouse and Cooper, TNT, Siemens, E2Open, BASF, AIA and BHP Insurance. In the local company front their clients are said to be ECM Avenue Securities, Alliance Investment Bank, CIMB Bank, International Medical Universities etc..
