After receiving form letters for years, graphic designer Elizabeth Malakoff decided to take matters into her own hands. The tired concept needed a facelift and more creativity. Better yet: updates should entertain. She put together a descriptive card A Few of Our Favorite Things in 2005 and has been answering phone calls ever since.
So, in 2006, Elizabeth decided to take the idea and start a new venture called BasicallyCards.com to give people an easy way to think outside the box.
