About me: Over the past few years, I have transformed my body from 230 lbs and a 38 inch waist to 192 lbs and 33 inch waist, plus an incredibly low 9.4% body fat. Today, at 68 years old, as one magazine writer recently noted, "Bernie is more fit than most people in their 20s. And he looks decades younger than most people his age."
Also, in the NEWS section of the website, you can see and read an article focusing on my success story that appeared in the November 2009 issue of EXERCISE FOR MEN ONLY, currently on newsstands.
Also, in the NEWS section is a blurb about me competing in the 2009 Mr. Fitness Male Model Search here in New York City on September 19, 2009, along with 11 other contestants, all of whom were in their 20s or early 30s. I was awarded the title of Mr. Fitness Overall Masters Winner.
The basic purpose of the my website www.bernielong.com is to launch myself as a "fit fashion model". The many photos on my website certainly confirm that I am incredibly fit, in addition to being very photogenic. And I do indeed look decades younger than most people my age. This week, when commenting about my exercise and fitness program, someone said to me that he was thunderstruck by my results.
