The owner is researching the possibility of establishing BEST-Vl. Roulinski as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). This may occur within eighteen months.
BEST-Vl. Roulinski runs EFL and German courses for children and adults in small groups and one-to-one tailor-made programmes, exam preparation for FCE, TOEFL and IELTS in an enjoyable atmosphere and at an acceptable price.
