We provide a powerful search engine to narrow your search, with results ranked by our unique Quality Index. Unlike most other care homes sites, we do not push houses up the ranking just because they pay. The site includes tools to find the best care homes from the list of 18,500 homes in England, searching by quality index, area, price or care needs – older people, learning disabilities, mental health, substance misuse or sensory impairment. These are the care need categories from the regulator, the Care Quality Commission.
