Who is Zuki?
"Zuki" is my gaming persona. In some ways, she is like me: short, pony-tailed, a little cantankerous, and sort-of hyperactive. She shows up in many games, but mostly rpg's. The RL version of me currently lives at the New Jersey Shore (Long Beach Island) with my golden retriever, Kit. See "Zukis Throughout the Gaming World."
I got into Raid leading during my EQ1 days. The first raid I ever ran was to Beholder's Maze, with my guild Shadows Bane, we PowZned that zone! I ran guild only raids until 2002, when I ran my "open" raid to the Plane of Hate.
Leading 40+ people into any zone is a daunting task. Going in blind is just suicidal. I would search high and low for guidance into zones, but beyond Allakhazam's there wasn't much out there. So, I started creating my own. Ta Da! The birth of Betababes!
