We also are the Home of Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery. Our meads are made from locally produced honey and are international gold medal winners. Available at local wine retailers throughout Chicago. We teach both beer and wine making classes weekly and carry a full line of wine & beer supplies featuring White Labs liquid yeasts.
