- We are both registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and are members of the Royal College of Midwives. We attend regular Mandatory Study Days to update our skills and knowledge base. As practicing Midwives, we are required to keep a Portfolio which can be requested by the National Midwifery Council at any time for inspection. We are expected and are able to demonstrate evidence-based knowledge on all aspects of Midwifery Care. This includes Antenatal, Intrapartum (Labour) and Postnatal Care. Therefore, couples attending our classes can be assured that all the guidance and information given in the Course is evidence-based, up-to-date and of the highest standard.
