- So you are wondering what in the world is Bleedbeat? The idea began about 5 years ago when my husband and I owned a print shop in Long Beach, Ca. In printing, whenever you print information that goes all the way to the edge of the paper you have what is called a “bleed.” I adapted this concept of a printed bleed (running off the printed page) to a beat bleed. In trance music this is the in between beat….from one song to another….the “bleedbeat.”
