- On what was most likely a hot day in August, 1981, Keeley Carrigan was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He spent his early years at a private montessori school where art was encouraged, and being a good artist was part of what made you "cool". Even after leaving that school for public school Keeley spent all his time, even in class, drawing. His future career in art was almost interupted in high school when he decided that the best way to make a living was to become an engineer. Luckily, his mom stepped in and encouraged him to pursue a career in something he loved.
