It's all about you making responsible choices on prom night. And it's about acknowledging that the right or smart decision isn't always the easiest decision.
Prom night is big. And when alcohol and other drugs enter the picture, it can be dangerous--even deadly. In fact, nearly half (46 percent) of all fatal car crashes on typical prom weekends in 2004 involved alcohol. (NHTSA, 2005)
That's why Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Nationwide have teamed up to help keep teens and communities safe through the MADD BuzzFree Prom sponsored by Nationwide.
