BZ Media LLC is a privately held, high-tech media company based in Huntington NY on Long Island’s beautiful north shore. BZ Media was founded in 1999 by veterans from Miller Freeman, CMP, IDG, Newsday and Ziff-Davis.

The premiere issue of SD Times was published in February 2000 and currently has more than 51,000 subscribers in more than 130 countries. BZ Media pioneered the distribution of digital versions of print publications, and SD Times was the first-ever publication to receive a combined digital and print circulation audit from BPA International (Dec. 2001). More companies run display ads in SD Times than in any other software development publication (both 2003 and 2004, IMS The Auditor).

In 2004, BZ Media launched Software Test & Performance, now a monthly magazine focused on testing and software performance issues. ST&P reaches 25,000 software development managers, project and team leaders, and Test & QA managers.
