Las Vegas has become a great area for investors because we still have great prices on homes and the rental market is very strong because of the amount of families moving to the Las Vegas area.
In my spare time I enjoy Lake Mead and water skiing, Mt. Charleston and snow skiing and I also manage to bowl in a league twice a week. Las Vegas is a wonderful city to live in......it offers all types of entertainment for all ages.
