My mother has been a Cablevision customer for years and they are horrible. Forget Cablevision, the correct term is Swindlevision because they cheated us. We used to have a lot of channels, with no box. Then they changed it so most good channels need a digital (that's the keyword) cable box. We lost 1/3 of our channels, and when mom asked if they could drop the price, they refused. Way to abuse the DTV transition. Last time I checked, the transition wouldn't affect cable customers.
