CAISH education & wellness centre is one of a kind in North America. Ismat Nathani conceived the vision of a centre offering traditional East Indian medicine as a whole, integrated with modalities of other eastern & western holistic arts & sciences, in 2002.
Indian medicine is based on Vedic doctrines, traditions, culture, philosophy & practices of ancient Indian civilization that have a history of more than 5000 years.
Throughout the centuries, Indian medicine has evolved and contributed to the advancement in treating & preventing disease. Indeed, it has influenced many medical sciences such as Hippocratic (Greek) medicine, Chinese medicine, Arabic medicine & modern surgery.
