About Us
George Savio opened Dolce Vita in 1983. The restaurant is now managed by three partners. Georgia Savio, his son Tim Savio, and Juan J. Casal. The partners all personally attend the restaurant's patrons. This hands on management style has maintained Dolce Vita's reputation for excellent Italian seafood for over two decades.
There is always one partner at the restaurant to meet with customers, and oversee staff. You can count on friendly service and superb, fresh seafood every day.
