Bob Hayes is a founder of Carrefour Research and serves as its president. He is responsible for the overall strategic leadership of the organization as well as its day-to-day operations.
Prior to starting Carrefour, Dr. Hayes was a founding partner of TCS Management Group, where he developed the company’s original workforce management software product. During his more than twenty years with TCS he was responsible for virtually all company operations, and he was recognized throughout the world as an expert on contact center management.
