Cassis is a small neighborhood French bistro located in downtown Andover, MA. It was opened in 1998 by David and Michelle Rossetto.
David is the chef and his style of cooking is French country. During the warmer months the cuisine leans toward Provence where he trained for many years: it then turns to Burgundy where he was born and did his apprenticeship. The menu changes every couple of weeks.
