Welcome to our meeting place on the Internet. We hope that your time with us through the 'net will be an encouragement to you and to your faith. We are an evangelical church deeply committed to the central purposes of a Christian church: to exalt God, to edify the saints and to evangelize the lost.
Our name in many ways defines who we are. Cornerstone refers to our Lord Jesus Christ. (Eph 2:20) Our name reminds us that He is the Chief Cornerstone of His Church. That He is the most important Person in our lives! Therefore, as a church we seek to be completely submitted to Him. Our identity is found in Him and in Him alone. The elders of Cornerstone Bible Church are committed to having His Word reign supreme in all that we do as a church family. We seek that in our teaching, leadership, philosophy of ministry and in our personal lives, He will have the Pre-eminence.
Also, our name reminds us why we exist. We exist to glorify Christ. We exist individually and corporately to glorify and honor Him by living according to His revealed Word. We believe that if we concern ourselves with the depth of our lives in the Word, God will take care of the breadth of our impact upon this world.
