Challenged by changing roles and changing demands, CCASTD members are working to identify new strategies for organizational learning and competitiveness. We find the information, advice, assistance and support we need to meet our challenges, strengthen our organizations, and develop ourselves, in the Chicagoland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. One of 140+ chapters of ASTD, and one of the largest chapters nationwide, the Chicagoland Chapter was founded in 1943.
