Closed course training
Closed course training consists of hiring a training room specifically for your own company at CCS’s training centre. We can provide equipment, refreshments, and experienced instructors to deliver either Microsoft Official Curriculum courseware, or a tailored course in an environment which focuses specifically on your organisation. Closed course rates vary depending on how many delegates you need to train, and the type of course delivered. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for a competitive quote.
Public courses
All publicly scheduled courses at CCS are delivered using either the Microsoft, CompTIA, and other “Official” range of training – this includes courses, workshops, seminars, and clinics; Approved courseware; or specially developed courses written by CCS’s in-house experts. Our curriculum is in-depth and courses include products such as:- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Visual Studio .NET, Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003, CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, Server+ Security+ and Web & Graphics. All courses are taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) or CompTIA Certified Instructors (CCTs) and are run at CCS’s East London-based training centre. Public courses are held in light airy rooms, and have no more than 12 delegates per class with an individual workstation provided for each person.
Training programmes
CCS recognises that many companies have large groups of people to train on a new technology or a specific project on a national and often global scale, and we are very experienced in creating bespoke training programmes to fit in with these requirements. The process will usually involve a representative from our account management team and one of our technical specialists visiting you in order to make an in-depth analysis of your training needs and how they fit in with your current infrastructure. We will then be able to put together a specific programme which may include Microsoft official courseware, modularised courseware, customised slides, manuals and workshops.
